Brag or Brog Post - You Choose . . .

Bras.  Undergarments.  Shape wear.  Underwear.  Delicates.  There are as many terms for bras as there are types of bras.  T-shirts.  Underwire.  Bralette.  Demi-cup.  Push-up.  What it basically boils down to picking the "thing" that goes under your top and makes you, and the top, look as good as it can.

1 in 3 women are wearing the wrong size bra.  A good bra fitting ( NOT Victoria's Secret) is free ( yea, free!!!!), takes two minutes and lasts until you gain/lose weight or go through a life change, like pregnancy or menopause.  You should have one once a year.  The back strap should be snug enough to wear on the 1st hook, because the back strap provides 70% OF THE SUPPORT OF THE BRA.  The shoulder straps are what everyone THINKS are providing the support but all they do is smooth the fitting over the cup.  You should only wash your bras on delicate and every four times you wear them, unless you perspire a lot.  However, never wear your bra two days in a row.  Give the elastic a chance to relax back into shape.

White bras show through almost any color shirt.  Nude is a much better bet and doesn't show through, nor does it look dingy and yellow.  Other than the pretty, lacy bras we all love, nude and black are the essentials and should comprise 80% of your bra wardrobe.  T-shirt or seamless bras should comprise 50% of your stash, since clothes are being done in more cottons, jerseys and lace.  It's a question of "trend", i.e. bright colored, lacy bras, versus "style", i.e. what makes you and your clothes look best.  Just remember......"trend" is today, "style" is forever!!!!
